resgination mail

Dear Sir,

         Kindly informed that I am submitting this letter for the purpose of resigning from the post of Software Engineer from SWASH Convergence Technologies Limited effective from today. Therefore, the last day of work for me here will be Today.

The purpose of this resignation letter is to inform you that I will be leaving my position with Swash Company, effective long Period from now on August 11. my family is currently in the process of relocation that I will be relocating to the Hyderabad City metropolitan area in the near future.

From the time I joined SWASH Convergence Technologies Limited as Software Engineer One year’s one Month ago, I have enjoyed immense professional growth and forged unbreakable bonds of friendship. I have received an abundance of support, advice, and encouragement from my superiors, and for that I shall be always grateful.

I would like to special thanks our CEO, Dr. Pritam Pal for his cooperation, support and faith on me and my works.

A thanks to Project Manager, Mr. Jyoti Prakash Mahapatra for his valuable support he has extended.  I am also grateful to Mr. Satyabrata Behera, Mr. Chandan Rout and Mr. Jayanta Sahoo for their vision that helped me throughout my tenure in SWASH. I would also like to thank the HR, Mr. Anil Kumar Dash for their cooperative and caring nature towards me and helping me in every aspect in this company.

I would like to mention that it has been great to interact with every one of you on a personal and a professional level. The good times we’ve shared will always be etched in my memory. We may have had our share of disparity of opinions, but that was all in good fait

I wish everybody at SWASH Convergence Technologies Limited all the very best in their future endeavors.
